Unwind is a mindful breathing companion that provides a refreshing and delightful experience, promoting meditation and enhancing your day. The app combines beautiful illustrations with soothing background ambiances, creating the perfect atmosphere for mindful breathing.

<h2>How Does Unwind Work?</h2>

In our busy lives, we often forget the true importance of mindful breathing and even how to do it correctly. This neglect adversely impacts our overall well-being and happiness.

Unwind addresses this issue by offering three guided breathing exercises. Upon launching the app, it automatically selects the appropriate exercise based on your customizable sleeping schedule. These exercises are:

 <li>Start Your Day Fresh: This exercise prepares you for the day ahead by refreshing your mind, promoting relaxation, and removing any residual sleepiness.</li>
 <li>Relax & Unwind: Throughout the day, Unwind provides this breathing exercise to alleviate stress and anxiety, leaving you feeling relaxed and more focused.</li>
 <li>Sleep Better & Faster: When you're ready to sleep, this deep relaxation breathing exercise helps calm your mind, facilitating falling asleep within minutes.</li>
</ol>

But that's not all! Unwind also offers additional features to enhance your experience:

 <li>Mindfulness History: Access a record of all your past sessions, including details such as duration and exercise type. You can even select a mood and attach notes after each session, which are conveniently stored in the Mindfulness History.</li>
 <li>Stats and Insights: Stay motivated by tracking your mindfulness journey, setting daily targets, and building streaks. These features ensure you devote daily time to being mindful.</li>
 <li>Widgets: With iOS 14 Home Screen Widgets support, you can conveniently monitor your daily mindfulness progress right from your home screen.</li>
 <li>Background Ambiances: Enjoy different relaxing and refreshing background ambiances each time you launch the app. Each ambiance offers unique ambient music, which can be toggled on or off.</li>
 <li>Breathing Companion: Unwind accompanies your session by animating the background scenes, helping you maintain mindfulness and synchronization.</li>
 <li>Voice Prompts: If you prefer closing your eyes during a breathing exercise, you can enable voice prompts (male or female) to guide you through the practice.</li>
 <li>Daily Reminders: Enable gentle morning and nighttime reminders to prioritize your mindfulness practice. Custom reminders are also available.</li>
 <li>Daily Mindfulness Quotes: After each session, Unwind presents a fresh mindfulness quote for you to absorb in the perfect state of mind.</li>
 <li>Sync to Apple Health: Keep track of your Mindful Minutes by syncing with Apple Health.</li>
 <li>iCloud Sync: Safeguard your data privately in your own iCloud account. This allows for seamless data backup and synchronization across multiple devices without the risk of losing valuable information.</li>
